Every Can Counts is an awareness campaign aimed at stimulating the recycling of drinks cans while 'on the go'; in the workplace, college and at outdoor events. (www.everycancounts.ie)
Approximately 33% of drinks cans are consumed ‘on the go’ and recent research reveals a huge discrepancy between the recycling rate of drinks cans in the home and the workplace, with over 73% of people claiming to recycle used drinks cans at home regularly, falling to just 35% in the workplace and ‘on the go’.

Every Can Counts provides branded materials; bins, clear plastic bags and an information pack as well as other materials, many of them free, to help kick start any drinks can recycling campaign that companies, universities or community groups would like to run to make Every Can Count! Recycling your used drinks cans saves 95% of the energy and natural resources required to make a new one, it just makes sense!
